If an MPAC notice lands in your mailbox, don't stop at the value at the top. This one-minute video shows where to find the property details, roll number and access key you can use to check MPAC's record. The notice isn't your property-tax bill. If something looks wrong, follow the review instructions and deadline on your own notice. For the budgeting side, see my Greater Sudbury property-tax guide.
As of October 2026, MPAC says assessments for the 2026 tax year still use the January 1, 2016 valuation date.
